Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, post, store, or share any content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious or objectionable.
Content Moderation
Our service uses the OpenAI API for content moderation to ensure a safe and legally compliant user experience. We specifically moderate content to prevent:
- Violence: Content promoting violence against others or depicting self-harm.
- Sexual Content: Any material that is erotic or sexual in nature.
- Copyright Infringement: Imitations or styles of protected works (e.g., Pixar, Marvel).
- Celebrities: Attempts to generate images of celebrities or well-known persons.
User prompts that fall into these categories will be automatically rejected by our system.
Reporting Mechanism
If you encounter any illegal or objectionable content while using our services, please report it to us immediately at broom@blib.la. We take such reports seriously and will investigate promptly. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine to be non-compliant with these Terms of Service.
Response to Violations
We reserve the right to take appropriate actions against any user who violates our Terms of Service. This may include removing or modifying objectionable content, suspending or terminating the user's account, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities in investigating and prosecuting users who violate the law.

Our services operate on a token-based system, where tokens can be purchased and used to access our services. We also occasionally offer free tokens through coupons, which are directly sent to users.
